There was an entire ordeal about this location. Theyve increased the rent from 1100 to 1500. The area is filled with drug addicts and youll be lucky to find parking on the street past 5pm. Cant take a hot shower longer than 10 minutes. Loud neighbors. sketchy neighborhood. The rental company moved me from my queen bed bigger apartment to a full sized bed apartment thats half the size paying the same amount. Understand these rental companies are looking to take advantage of nurses. There are better places over here that give you more bang for your buck. Thank god I got another contract. You can believe the other reviews if you want to. But take it from me and care about yourself if you stay here

Great place

Great place I love that check in was easy. The place is beautiful and clean. Washer and dryer inside was a big bonus. It was thoughtful to have the rain sound machine. The apartment building has cleaners and making the hallways smell good every day. The only down side is junk yard across the street there's no view there. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will come back if I have another assignment in Philly

Great and comfortable

The was very clean I love the keyless entry. I felt safe being inside the property and the building is quiet too which is great after a long day of work. The owner also supply a nice gift for my Dog Rocko. Next time I come to Ph I hope the unit is available again.
