Nice quiet neighborhood

I stayed here for three months. Nice clean apartment. Perfect for what I needed as I travel for work often. The landlords were very nice and easy to get in touch with. Definitely would look for their rentals again if work calls me that way. Very quiet neighborhood thats close to everything you need.

Amazing Landlord

I spent six months working in Peoria and couldn't have asked for better property management. All of my inquiries and maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything was located conveniently close to the rental. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Wonderful

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months. When I first met Robin and her husband they were very welcoming and nice and accommodating. They showed me around the apartment and showed me how to use the heater(very easy). The apartment was immaculate the internet was very fast. Whenever they needed to get into the apartment they would always give me advanced notice. The neighbours here are very friendly and accommodating. Shower was very nice (and hot if you like it like that). I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. I would stay again if I come back.
