Beach Cottage
I rented this Newport Beach cottage for 3 months this summer and it's a hard place to want to leave! The property location is unbeatable, a block from the beach and just steps from the bay, right by a public dock for boating and paddle board launching access. It's on a quiet street for night shifters. The cottage was fully stocked, had everything I needed and more. There's a pull out sofa which was convenient for guests. Most importantly the landlord Eric is responsive and was a pleasure to rent from! I had no issues, but if I would have I know he would've taken care of it. Definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers!
