Beautifully Decorated

Very well decorated room. Easy access to kitchen and laundry. During the summer there is no A/C, but on most days it stays somewhat cool by opening basement windows and using a fan. Because it is a basement, I have had some issues with mold. The yard is not very well kept up with, frequently overgrown. When I get packages, the tenants upstairs bring it inside without checking the name, so it takes some effort to get my package. The landlord doesn't check the mail very often so the mail fills up frequently.
