This was the best location I could find for my hospital. Chris is so nice and responds very quickly to any concerns. This was my first time using this platform and hes made it a pleasant experience.

I had a great stay in this apartment! The kitchen is updated and has everything you need. Its located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. There is lots of storage space and great design elements. Chris is very responsive and helpful with any requests. Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for housing in Knoxville!! As a solo female traveler the area felt very safe and Chris was an accommodating host. Kitchen appliances were up to date and came supplied with everything I needed. The house is split and has another unit downstairs with a shared washer / drier and separate entrances. Noise was never an issue and still felt very private. If I'm ever back in Knoxville this would be the first place I look for a short term rental:)

This property is located in one of the greenest and most peaceful neighborhoods of Knoxville. The unit is completely equipped with everything you may need to cook, clean, and live comfrotably. The owners, Chris and Jenn are extremely attentive and responsive. I wished I could have stayed longer! 10/10 recommended.
