I love this property most because of the views from the balcony and the quiet environment given it is a corner and 2nd floor unit. It is all modern furnishings and is a great spot to relax and unwind after the workday. Everything is so close that you can walk 20 minutes to the grocery store and shopping if you wanted.

I had the privilege of living in William's condo from December 2024 through July 2025. William has been a great host and has been great to communicate with. His condo is in a great location, close to restaurants, freeways and South Mountain. There are no vagrants in the area. There is plenty of area to exercise and includes a gym, pool, and a canal next door for running, there is a park within a 5 minute drive. I really enjoyed living in William's condo and highly recommend.
