Cozy and peaceful, this newly renovated ground level apartment has a private entrance and windows in each room. It is a perfect place to rest and relax after a long day. Comfortable Lazy-boy couch, quality furniture and a spacious bedroom with large pantry and lots of storage. Access to fire pit, patio table and chairs with a view of the woods. Very peaceful and quiet apartment
I stayed in this apartment for 6 months while working at the University of Virginia Medical Center. This apartment met all of my needs and if I needed any assistance the owners were very accommodating and quick to reply. The apartment itself has a nice view of nature and the property was always quiet and peaceful. When asked to extend my travel assignment, Jon was very accommodating in letting me rent the apartment for an extra 3 months. If given the choice to work in Charlottesville in the future, I would be glad to stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet property
This charming basement apartment was perfect for my assignment at UVA. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and Jon and Carol were very accommodating and responded quickly to any requests. 10/10 would stay here again.
