Basement Apartment in Old Colorado City

Comfortable space

Devon was great, and the basement was very comfy. He also works really well with pets, even the anxious ones that take time to warm up to new people. Backyard is a decent size for my one large and one small dog. Neighborhood is very walkable with plenty of parks within 10 minute drive from the house. Kitchen is a small space, but as a meal prepper I was able to make it work. If you're there during the winter/early spring, Devon is pretty quick about getting the snow moved out of the way.

Best Rental Experience

I have rented through Furnished Finder before. You won't find a better property owner. Devon is kind, respectful and thoughtful. His property has been beautifully remodeled with tasteful decor and comfort in mind and it is impeccably clean. The location is convenient to Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon for lots of hiking possibilities. It was a wonderful experience.

5 star apartment and location

Devon has been a wonderful, helpful host during our 1 year stay in COS! The basement has plenty of storage with a large bedroom and bathroom. My boyfriend and I stayed here with 2 medium to large sized dogs for a year and felt comfortable. Best part is the proximity to bear creek, red rocks open space, OCC, Manitou and hwy 24 to get to Woodland park. We couldn't have stayed in a better place in COS!
