Amazing stay -- everything I had hoped

Five stars! I lived here for (almost) six months and would do it again without hesitation. The unit arrives move-in ready: kitchen, bath, and linens are all handled, so a suitcase is all you need. The quiet is the thing I noticed first and appreciated most. It's a residential pocket well above the city, and I slept great every night. The views are the headline and they're legit! Twin Peaks is directly behind you and having it just 30 minute walk is a real bonus. David is an excellent landlord -- responsive, straightforward, and accommodating without hovering. Everything I raised got handled quickly. One practical note for anyone deciding: bring a car. This is a hillside location and the transit connections are indirect and slow and will require steep hills. Parking on the premises is free and included although the spot is tight. Otherwise, there's nothing else to think about. This spot is great!
