Perfect place

This place is perfect and has everything you need. As a solo female traveler I felt safe staying here and it's less than 5 minutes to the Kaiser San Leandro facility. Nelia and her family were very accommodating and welcoming. I felt like I could reach out for anything. Almost like having a second family looking out for you. I really appreciate them! I'd recommend this place to anyone that's looking to take an assignment out here.

Perfect Stay!

Can't say enough good things about this place! The owners are very loving and welcoming and quickly make you feel safe and at home! The neighborhood is super friendly as well. No matter what time it is people are always out on walks and will stop and say hi. This place comes with everything you could ever need. Appliances, cookware, and furniture are all new and up to date. No need to bring anything because you'll have it all here! Truly enjoyed my stay here and will recommend it to anyone interested!

Gracefully pleased

My thirteenth week stay was awesome!!! Nelia and Mom are awesome. Very attentive, prompt on response making sure I was comfortable or if I needed anything more. They are very accommodating and a Joy!!!! Thank you guys for helping me have a good experience in California first time and I didnt know what to expect. Beautiful family. The place was perfect for me I felt right at home. If you have a car on school day park in the little park across because street parking wont be available before 0830AM.

Perfect spot and amazing hosts!

We cannot say enough good things about this place! The hosts are super kind and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome, provide every possible amenity we might need, and even cut us a break when my contract got canceled early by not charging us. The space itself was cozy but perfect for my husband and I, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, full spacious bathroom, and plenty of storage throughout. No AC, but its proximity to the marina means lots of cool breezes and with the provided fans we were never too hot. Its clear the owners built the space with a lot of love and care. Theres plenty of parking on the street and the neighborhood is quiet and safe - people are always walking their dogs at all hours of the day and night! I worked at Kaiser San Leandro and the commute was only 5 min, which I LOVED. We would definitely stay here again!
