Fabulous Property

We had a spectacular stay in one of the nicest short term rentals that we have ever stayed. Our unit was like new with all modern conveniences. Extremely comfortable with a very nice outdoor space where we enjoyed having a drink at the end of the day. We rented the space for three months and enjoyed the close location to excellent restaurants and the St Johns River. Bruce was an outstanding host and we were comforted to have him keep an eye on things for us when we were gone for a cruise. He is an excellent communicator and was immediately available with any questions. We highly recommend this place and look forward to the next time we are in Jacksonville.

We stayed over a month and we enjoyed everything about the place. It is immaculate! Bruce was always kind and took care of anything we needed! He knows all about the area and will give recommendations on local restaurants and things to do. A great host! We took walks often as you can walk downtown to many great restaurants and coffee places. The neighborhood is so beautiful to walk around with the big oak trees and the hanging moss. We would recommend this place to anyone!
