Fantastic stay

I loved staying here for my nursing contract. Great location to hospitals and restaurants. Ms Paula is a great host. Well organized and safe landlord. Great communication. Place is spotless clean. I was comfortable in the 13 wks I stayed there and would absolutely stay again if I am ever back in Boston area. Highly recommend.

Great spot best landlord!

This room was very comfortable and very clean. The shared spaces were just as pictured and described. I had everything I needed kitchen wise for cooking each week. The washer/dryer combo were large and great. The shower was hot with great pressure. Paula is amazing. Shes responsive, helpful, kind, funny, and so easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. I walked or took an electric scooter to and from BMC without issue. I also had my car parked on the street without issue for the duration of my stay. I highly recommend Paula and her accommodations! Thank you for everything Paula!

Easy. Modern. Convenient. AAA+

Easy Entire booking process from start to finish was super easy. Paula is very communicative, friendly and honest. Modern Clean. Esthetically pleasant. Loved everything about my room, especially the futuristic LED floor lamp. Best of all, I didnt need to carry (and lose) any keys, electronic door locks on all doors. Loved it. Convenient It was very helpful to be within 1-4 miles of everywhere I needed to go (work, supermarkets & Whole Foods, restaurants, AMC movie theater, downtown Boston). I had a great time in Boston. Paula is truly one of the Best hosts Ive experienced in a long time! Thank you

Home away from home

Paulas hospitality is phenomenal. Her home if extremely comfortable to stay in and very communicative. You will have everything you could possibly need here and more. The house is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great location literally close to everything. We will for sure stay here again in the future if we have the opportunity. Strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. 5/5 stars!!!

Love This Place & Location!

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. Im an outdoorsy person so I esp enjoyed the units back porch and backyard space (fenced yard). Also, I woke up every morning at 7:00AM and went for a run in the park across the street to start my day! When leaving for work (Boston Medical Ctr) I literally walked only 2 blocks to a bus stop in one direction. My roommates (Rad Techs assigned at BWH) walked only 3 blocks in another direction to their bus stop. Yes, the home is less than 1 mile from BMC & only 1 mile or so from BWH but thats if youre driving (I took an Uber one day). However, if you travel without a car like us, dont worry, this home/neighborhood is very accessible to public transportation & only ONE bus ride to both hospitals was required. No changing buses & No train ride needed. This 3 BR unit is beautiful! It had EVERYTHING needed to live comfortably, and then some, it comes with FREE Netflix! LOVE this place! Thanks for making me & my roommate's stay a wonderful experience!

Clean, Cute, Cozy, Comfortable!

As a traveling physician, I've rented housing all over the U.S., particularly in Boston, MA. However, I was especially fond of this lovely property. First, the home is conveniently located to everywhere you need to go in Boston - hospitals, downtown Boston, shopping on Newbury St, supermarkets, Logan Airport. When I say conveniently located, I mean within 1-3 miles! Second, this unit was immaculately clean, fresh everything! And modern - I loved when I went to bed at night, I could charge my iPhone, iPad & laptop all in 1 spot right next to me (the lamp on the bed table has several different USB ports & plugs). Cozy/comfy (loved the fireplace)....it felt more like HOME, as opposed to a "Rental". I only needed 2 weeks (stayed a total of 17 days) but because of the modern comfort of this unit, and the convenience of location, it was the best "working" 2 weeks I've had on the road in a very long time. Thank you P!

Awesome rental unit! Would stay again & again

I love coming to Boston, and I loved this rental unit. It's super cute & cozy (loved the fireplace); super clean, and literally has everything! Truly move-in ready. Very modern and I loved the little details like, nightstand lamps in every bedroom that has different USB ports to accommodate me & my fellow RNs iPhone, iPad & laptop charging needs; a blow dryer in the bathroom (I forgot to pack mine); and long-stem wine glasses, Lol! Only 2 blocks to walk to the closest bus stop. Me & my fellow RNs especially liked that the property is a home/house, not an Apt bldg, and that it was only 1 mile or so from our assigned hospitals (BWH & Children's). I will stay here the next time I'm in Boston!
