Peaceful and Safe

I stayed at Edith's place for a little over a month. She was extremely accommodating and friendly. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. The area was very peaceful. As a single woman traveling, I felt very safe. I will definitely book with her again in the future.

Nice Longterm Stay

I had to stay here while I was on Co-Op for school for 4 months and this place was really nice. It's really private and the owner was really accommodating.

Quiet, Safe and Perfect Little Spot in West Palm

I was here for a month as a student, and it was a perfect spot for me to stay! I was living here solo as a young woman and felt very safe in the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly people and restaurants nearby. The highway is super close, making it well-connected to wherever you need to go. The room even has a desk, so I was able to study here as well as enjoy various libraries in the area. Edith is a wonderful lady, she was incredibly responsive to any comments I had.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Edith is a very sweet lady she is always asking if you need anything. She is very accommodating. She treats you like family. I highly recommend this room if you are staying in the area.

Lovely Place

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean and I had no issues the entire time I was there. The owner called me in advance to see if I needed anything before I got here. They're super caring! The AC can get pretty cold if you're someone that gets hot or you can just turn it off and the bed is very big. If I come back to West Palm Beach, I definitely would stay here again.

Excellent place and wonderful host

This is an excellent private space near many local restaurants and stores. I was surprised to have my own private driveway and the space was clean and had everything one would need. The host made sure I was comfortable and exceeded all expectations. You will enjoy this location as I have stayed in many places and would put this at the top of my list of favorites.

Safe, clean, quiet!

I needed a room for 1 month. This rental filled all my needs. Landlord E is very hospitable! Makes sure you are comfortable. Would rent again!
