Amazing rental experience

This place met our needs perfectly! Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and the rental was the perfect amount of space for us and our 2 dogs. It is well kept and has all the modern appliances you would want. Above all, the most impressive thing was Trudy and her team. They were a delight to work with. I could never say enough about the rental experience with them. We will absolutely contact Trudy if we go back to Astoria!

If I could leave more 5 stars I would.

This place was great. Clean, stocked with all the essentials. Trudy was on top of things with communication and any questions I had. Pets allowed and a closed in back yard, large bathroom, laundry in unit and plenty of storage room not in your living areas. Great for solo traveler or couples with a dog.

Fabulous Rental!

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for about a month when I relocated to Astoria for a new job. This is a lovely apartment - very nicely furnished two bedroom. I was very comfortable - the kitchen had everything I needed and the bed - so comfy! I had no issues at all - the landlord was great - checked in and was very easy to work with. There were tenants in the other two units - never an issue with noise. If I hadnt seen their cars I would never have known they were there! More importantly, the unit is close to the hospital - quick and easy drive; also, living alone in a new town, I felt very safe in the home. I have recommended the unit to others and will continue to do so!

Large, comfy, safe place

This was perfect for me and my dog. Large back yard, quiet area and close to the hospital. Landlord was amazing. Place was comfortable and very quiet. The backyard is shared but I was fortunate to be the only was ever using it. My dog loved the large yard. Great place

Cozy Apartment

I recently had the opportunity to stay in this awesome apartment. The apartment has sleek modern finishes, including plenty of natural light, and the kitchen was well-equipped with ample storage and counter space, perfect for cooking! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is stylish and functional. Overall, It offered a fantastic living experience and lots of quiet time and comfort. Not to mention the landlords are extremely kind and accommodating. I absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Great Duplex in Astoria

I am a traveling NP and stayed in Astoria for almost 3 months. I was in the unit upstairs from the one in this picture. It was a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. It was clean and had a good bit of the kitchen stocked with new appliances and washer and dryer. There was a large shared deck. Owner T and the property manager B were very responsive and accommodating. I LOVED Astoria during the summer and the Sunday Market was my favorite. The PNW is something everyone should experience
