Cozy, comfortable, quiet.

I had a really nice stay in St. Johns for 9 mos. The owner has really good taste and doesn't skimp on things like bedding, appliances, furnishings, etc. That's rare to find in short-term stays! It's a very well thought out space, and every detail is taken into consideration. I had some of the best sleep of my life in this house.

Everything You Need in One Spot!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this home for 3 months. It was such a great experience, and we loved our time there! I worked nights and never had any issues with noise while I slept during the day. The place was really comfortable and, overall, very well-furnished. There were lots of blankets, pillows, and plenty of storage for our belongings. We love to cook, and we felt the kitchen had all the supplies we needed, e.g. mixing bowls, baking sheets, containers to store food, cake pans, a muffin tin, and so much more! We also really enjoyed all the natural lighting and the outdoor area. This home is in a really nice area! We would frequently go for walks around the neighborhood and always felt safe. Kelly was amazing during our stay! She always communicated with us if anything was happening, answered any questions we had, and respected our privacy. We highly recommend staying here!

The best!

This apartment has everything you will need. Its very clean, nicely decorated, great air conditioning, washer/dryer, all the kitchen supplies, a lovely garden space, and the best is the amazing landlord/neighbor, Kelly. She was so friendly and kind and accommodating. She went out of her way to help us- providing storage space and lending us tools and even an air bed when we had guests. This experience could not have been better. We loved this place and Kelly (and her super cute dog, MARTY) so much!! We highly recommend it.
