Exceptional Rental Experience: Beautiful Condo, Prime Location, Excellent Management

I rented this condo from Jordan for nearly two years and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jordan is everything you’d want in a landlord: responsive, understanding, helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Any time something came up, communication was easy and things were handled quickly and professionally. The location is unbeatable. North Park is vibrant and walkable, with some of the best restaurants and cafes just steps away. The park is right across the street with tennis and basketball courts, and you’re only about 10 minutes from the beach and the Gaslamp. The condo itself is beautiful, well-finished, and thoughtfully organized. It feels like a real home, not just a rental. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge plus, and everything was well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and the building has a great atmosphere. I truly loved living here and would absolutely recommend renting from Jordan. One of the best rental experiences I’ve had.

Cute, warm, updated space!

I really loved living here during my time in San Diego! Out of all the places I stayed in while bouncing around the area, this was by far my favorite. Besides being warm, nicely decorated, and in a secure building, Jordan was a clean, thoughtful, and easy going roommate. I enjoyed the North Park area, and would absolutely stay here again.

Favorite place I lived!

I lived in San Diego for 5 years and bounced around a bit. This apartment was by far my favorite place that I lived during my time there. It feels so homey, clean and cute. A place that always felt comfortable and safe to me. I also enjoyed how walkable the neighborhood was and that north park is pretty central to a lot of cool places in San Diego. Lastly, Jordan was an amazing roommate and landlord who not only is extremely responsible, but also extremely kind and easy to communicate with! I would jump on this place in a heartbeat!

Amazing San Diego condo!

I loved living in Jordans condo. Its so beautifully decorated and cozy inside and North Park is such a great neighborhood. Her condo is very walkable to all the bars and restaurants that this hip neighborhood has to offer. I worked at Scripps Mercy while living here as a travel nurse and its very conveniently located to that hospital as well as UCSD hospitals Hillcrest campus. Literally a 10 minute drive. I cant recommend this condo enough.
