Lower level apartment in centrally located quiet home.

The apartment is in the lower level of my home built in 1984. We share the same front door/entryway and once inside you use a privacy door down 6 steps to your cozy nicely furnished apartment. It has a small living room with attached bedroom, a kitchenette, and roomy bathroom with large shower. The kitchenette has a stove top, small refrigerator and microwave and electric kettle.
