Family Home (not roommate"), Moved Out Early

Landlord responds quick and is appropriate. Ad is misleading: It's not a 'roommate' it's the landlord's 22 year old daughter and the house is a family home with cupboards, closets, garage, pantry stuffed full, even though the older daughter moved out she left baby formula, mail, there has been fermenting bottles of rotten baby milk in the fridge the entire time. Landlord was overseas but should have had rent set up through him not his daughter bc I had to drive back 100 miles to return the keys once I got my deposit back as the daughter didn't want to approve I'd adequately cleaned to get back my deposit; I had to wait for the landlord to fly back! The contract states I'm not allowed to have overnight 'companions' (strange but I respected) but the 22yo daughter had her boyfriend overnight several times. daughter left dirty gym socks at front door, left dirty plates in cupboards and rooms all over the house-I've never seen anything like it-once cockroaches came I left.
