Amazing experience

I booked this studio for 2 weeks and had a great experience. It looked the same as the pictures, it was very clean and the host was responsive. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting LA. Will be back soon :)

Untrustworthy and irresponsible

I would personally not recommend this stay. I was charged with deduction from security deposit for few missing/broken items and was willing to pay but needed to make sure I wasn't overcharged so requested for proofs of: exact count of missing items, photo of broken item, and total breakdown of each replacement costs with valid proof of purchases with receipts only for her to totally ignore my requests at the end despite saying she would on the phone earlier. She also ignored my texts and calls and only cared about what my zelle was so she could send me the security deposit with the large deduction applied. Due to trust issues and lack of responsibility, I decided to just take that amount cause I was afraid I wouldn't even receive the security deposit back. These actions and lack of evidence only lead me to think of possible fraud charges. This type of behavior should not be allowed.

Accommodation

I stayed at this property January 2023. I came from London on a business trip. The property is really nice beautifully laid out and spacious. The landlady is very nice. There was absolutely no issues during my stay. It was a pleasant stay , I will definitely stay again, when I come back to LA

This is my go-to apartment in LA!

I absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back next time I'm working in LA. I had a two month job last year and was frantically looking for a place to stay when I found this place. It is so perfect, super spacious and the location is perfect. I took walks almost everyday and there was also street parking around for when I had guests. M was also super helpful and friendly to make sure I felt at home. Next time I book a gig in LA I am definitely staying here! There is also a nice courtyard outside the apartment if you want to sit outside and get some fresh air.

An amazing space

Host was super amazing and communicated very fast. I recommend this spot for anyone looking for a private space to stay for a short period of time.
