Orlando Stay

I stayed at Daniela's place for a little less than 2 months and had a wonderful stay! Location wise, it is in the heart of the city and is easily walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops. She had everything you could need during a stay away from home. She was also very quick to respond and attentive to any questions I had. Her place is beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding and furniture! It was in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and safe. Street parking was never an issue! I would definitely recommend her place and would stay again!

Perfect location

I stayed at this property for 4 months. The location was perfect. There was easy access to I-4 if necessary or plenty of backways to parts of downtown. It was easy to park on the street. There was never a problem finding a spot no matter the time of day or night. I loved being able to walk to the Mills 50 restaurants. It was like having a smorgasbord of choices for dinner every night. The publix was easy walking distance as well. I felt safe walking around the area. Obviously always be alert. The owner was extremely responsive and was quick to answer any questions or issues. The space is small but a perfect size for the time I was there. There is no desk in the studio but I took a small folding table that worked just right in the space. I wanted to try downtown living prior to moving to Orlando and this gave me a perfect chance to do that. I can't recommend this property enough. Five stars across the board.

Great Stay!

This place was amazing to stay at! It's located in a great area with a ton of restaurants and stores, and the hosts were super helpful if I ever needed help or questions with anything. The place itself was really cute and had everything I needed for my visit, I'll miss this place!

I stayed at this property for 9 weeks during the summer of 2024 while I was working in Orlando for the summer. The house is incredibly clean, cozy, and spacious! Daniela, the host, was absolutely amazing! She was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed! It was really a perfect stay. The house is in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance from Publix and Lake Eola, which was really convenient! The backyard area is also very nice. Overall, Daniela was an incredible host, and I had a wonderful time staying at her home. I would absolutely recommend staying here. After searching for months, this house had everything - location, space, updated appliances and furniture, AND it is significantly better priced than anything comparable in this area!
