My girlfriend and I moved to Bristol from Miami 3 months ago and found this property before relocating. We had never rented "sight unseen" before and we were a bit nervous about committing to a place without touring it first. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. The landlords were incredibly communicative, making the application and signing process very smooth. The first thing we noticed - the photos were 100% accurate.What you see online is exactly what you get. No misleading angles or outdated images. The home itself is immaculate, with brand-new appliances and everything in perfect working order. The location is amazing. Literally three minutes from downtown Bristol, yet tucked away in a friendly neighborhood. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. The yard is huge, which our dog absolutely loved, and the neighbors are welcoming and kind. They also had a nice firepit that we took full advantage of on cool evenings. This home is truly move-in ready. Not only is it fully furnished, but it's also stocked with everything you could possibly need from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. They also have a TV/game room with a great selection of board games, card games, and movies. If you work remotely, they have great high-speed internet, which provided more than enough bandwidth for downloads and uploads. And as stated before - the landlords were great. They were always quick to respond, accommodating, and respectful of our privacy. Their attention to detail and care for the property made all the difference for us. Were going to miss this place. This was our temporary home while waiting for renovations to be completed on our permanent house, and we couldnt have asked for a better transition home. We can't recommend this home enough!
