West Knox Condo Bedroom w/Private Bathroom - Available 10/5/26

Great Stay

I stayed at this property for 3 months while working in Knoxville and it was a great stay. Kelly was a great host and was always available to answer any questions I had about the area and places to visit during my stay. Her home was comfy, quiet in a convenient location for my transport to work. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Had a great stay in Kelly's home in the full size bed room! Great communication, clean home, comfy bed, great WiFi, A/C works very well, quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Couldn't ask for much more!

Quiet and Safe

Safe and quiet neighborhood. The condo was quaint and cozy. The owner is prompt with communication and takes care of her home. I had a unique situation where I moved from Nashville and needed a place to stay until an apartment was ready for me. I worked at a local hospital, but not a traveler. The owner was gracious enough to allow me to stay for 3 months in her home. She was a blessing! I now miss being so close to everything. The condo is in a perfect location. You'll enjoy staying here!

Comfortable stay

I had a great stay and would definitely consider it for future stays! The condo had everything you need and owner is very nice and responsive. It's a good distance from nearby hospitals: 10mins from Parkwest, 15mins from Fort Sanders, and 25mins from Methodist Medical Center.
