We are located in a great location in Fountain Square. The neighborhood has lots of walkers, bikers, joggers and dog walkers. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants etc are within a short walk or bike ride away. We are very close to main highways making it a great location for just about anything in Indy. The neighborhood is very safe.

Amazing stay

I've been a travel nurse for years and rented from multiple landlords and places, and this experience was by far the best. The place is practically brand new, all new fixtures, kitchen, amenities, great hot water and shower pressure, kitchen is perfect, washer dryer super efficient. The location is perfect, and there are lots of things to do nearby. 7 min drive from the hospital. The neighborhood is super quiet and friendly. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, as I've been let down by many rentals in the past. If you travel long enough, you experience the bad, well, this is the good! The pictures, in my opinion, dont even do it justice. I can't compliment enough how nice it was to have everything like new. Cindy did a great job supplying the apartment as well as having everything you could possibly think of. I can't say enough how much of a breath of fresh air it was to have such a fantastic land lord. Thanks again Cindy!

Wonderful stay!

I had such a wonderful stay here at the carriage house during my contract in Indy! The space was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything youd need in a furnished place. The area around the house felt very safe, and is easily accessible to many restaurants and bars in Fountain Square. Cindy is an amazing host, very generous, communicative and honest. I would absolutely stay here again!

Worst experience ever!

This woman is insufferable and has to be right. Never will I let a landlord disrespect me or make up lies when Im paying $1,995. She will tell you half truths to get it rented. Her first instinct is confrontation. I had no choice but to leave this place and of course she kept my $700 deposit.

Brett, I've been a short-term rental host for 5+ years and you were by far the most difficult tenant I've ever had. First of all, I dont lie to my tenants-ever. In fact, I strive to be over transparent, so they are happy when they arrive. As you recall, I sent you pictures of the parking situation before you signed the lease, as that was a concern for you. However, after you arrived, you were still unhappy even though you were able to park right outside your front door every day. As you also may recall, I told you the carriage house was above our 2 car garage and in my listing Im even very transparent that you may hear noise from time to time but never during odd hours. Again, after you arrived you were upset that we were using our garage during the daytime when you were trying to sleep. Im a little surprised that if you knew that you are such a light sleeper, and knew you would be sleeping during the day, that you would choose a carriage house which people must take cars in and out of throughout the day. We were also a little shocked when you called to demand that we only use our garage when you were not sleeping. I very nicely and patiently explained that we needed to use the garage every day because we also need to go to work, grocery store, etc etc, and said I was not sure that we could change that. Then you said that because you couldnt sleep during the day and the noise was so bad, that you had to leave immediately. However, we were very surprised that you stayed for 2 more weeks, when the 'noise was so bad and the parking was terrible' (in your opinion). I asked you to sign an amendment with the new move out date, but you were offended by this too. You became very aggressive when I explained that you are breaking the lease early and would not get your security deposit back. You threatened me with an attorney, hung up the phone on me and left the very next day without any warning. You were very hostile, aggressive and disrespectful. You left without any notice at all. You also left the place a mess. The lease that we both signed, clearly states that if you break the lease, the landlord keeps the security deposit.

Best furnished finder!

I stayed here while on contract downtown Indy, and I did not want to leave this cozy space! The kitchen is fully stocked to cook your meals. The airbnb was spotless and cozy, and the property owners were amazing people! The location is walking distance from fountain square, where there is shopping, cafes, and restaurants. 9 min commute to the hospital as well. I will definitely keep this place in mind for the future!
