North End at it's Finest

Where do I start with such an amazing home, experience and location. If you don't know Boise, "the North End", hands down is a safe, eclectic neighborhood full of character, is walkable to downtown, HydePark for shopping and eating, and a gateway to parks, trails and exploring. It might be the "treasure" that makes the Valley. I can't say enough about our hosts, they truly care and have thought of everything. Only complaint was we couldn't stay longer. Thank you!

Great spot in a great location!

My fiance and I had a great time here exploring Boise for a couple of months. MaryKate was a wonderful host and it's clear she and her husband really care about the space. Everything was clean, and when questions came up she was super responsive and helpful. The property is in a pretty perfect location, walkable to restaurants and the park, couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!

North End Gem

This property is everything I hoped for and exactly as pictured! This is the best area in Boise to settle in as a home base. I had a great stay for a couple months in Boise and MaryKate was a wonderful landlord. I hope to return in the future and I know where I'll choose to stay! Thank you for a great stay.

12/10 Would stay here again

This is a phenomenal place to stay! MaryKate and her husband were so helpful and responsive. They have thought through the place and it has everything you could need. I worked nights and slept during the day and barely ever heard the upstairs tenant and the black out shades were perfect! The water pressure in the shower was top notch. You are within walking distance of Hyde Park and Camels Back. Felt like a very safe neighborhood. This place cannot be beat. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Thought out Rental!

The owners have truly thought of everything and care so much about their property. They are super responsive and I truly feel lucky to have found this place! It's in such a good, walkable and safe location. You are walking distance from Hyde Park, the Boise co-op and Camels back trailhead. As a traveling healthcare worker who has stayed in many rentals, I can honestly say that this is going into my top 3! If I'm ever in Boise again this is where I'd stay!

Beautifully down-to-the-studs renovated! Not a single short cut taken! Furniture is all new and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with new and matching cook and service ware. Bathrooms are all new with plenty of storage. Landlords have seen to every detail as if they lived there themselves! My husband and I rented for three months. Landlords are truly exceptional! And unlike other rentals in the North End, this house is well insulated, the floors are even, and it shows zero signs of mold, Owner is a builder. We will rent this house again!
