This is an old walnut farm and this is what makes this place special. The quirks of this place go back decades before me. It is incredibly private, almost sanctuary like. We have installed in the main living area a new mini split a/c only.

Old walnut orchard property in the middle of the city, in the middle of the county. 30 minute drive in any direction almost covers the whole county. Its easy to take the train/ferry to SF.
