Private room in house. Unit has its own bathroom and kitchenette including, hot plate, microwave, small blender, toaster oven, dishes and utensils. Tenant has access to full size shared kitchen in common area. Shared washer and coin-operated dryer in unit. House is surrounded by pasture and we do have goats there to keep down the grass.
