Fantastic condo!

This was a great place to call a temporary home! The condo is very clean, comfy, and modern, with fantastic appliances, great cookware, fast internet, and a nice big t.v. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly as well, with a beautiful nearby park, walking/running trails, and access to a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball court. The homeowner is incredibly nice and caring and is easy to contact if need be. Would highly recommend this place!

Cute and Cozy apartment near downtown Boulder

Very cool apartment! Fast wifi, modern kitchen appliances. R (homeowner) is really nice, easy to get ahold of, and a pleasure to do business with. Apt is located in a nice, quiet, crime free neighborhood! Lots of sidewalks, grassy parks to walk your dog or go for a jog/walk, shoot some hoops, etc. Grocery store less than a mile away. Very close to downtown boulder/cool hikes in the flat irons.
