The house is 4 bed 3 bath. The rental room is in the front and my room is in the back. The common areas are the living room, kitchen, den and the backyard. The back yard has a nice pool and hot tub. I have multiple bbq's in the back for outdoor cooking.

Private room with private bathroom. Fully furnished with bed, dresser, night stands and TV. Large closet with plenty of storage. All bedding and towels provided. Including an extra set of sheets and blankets. Blackout curtains not pictured, but they will be installed before rented.
Full house access such as kitchen, living room, den, laundry and backyard with pool and hot tub.
