Great Location
Perfect location to all things in St. Pete Beach and nice neighbors. I barely drove anywhere on the island since the location was so close to the beach and restaurants. I stayed here with my dog but would stay here without a dog since there were no animal smells. I WFH and there was a standup desk/chair in my unit. Garrett was very easy to work with and trustworthy.

Great place!
Great duplex apartment with all the amenities and tons of storage! Great backyard thats enclosed which my pups and I enjoyed , outdoor chairs and a cabana were great and it was so nice to have use of the beach chairs to carry to the beach only a 1/2 mile away. Lots of restaurants , etc in walking distance as well as the outdoor Corey Ave Sunday market! Such a perfect location! The owner G was also super responsive to any questions or issues and was easy to deal with I would stay here again.
