Sun-drenched outdoor space for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet so time outside is truly restorative. This secure and serene space is a difficult find when it comes to rentals!

Fully stocked kitchen (not all items pictured) so that just about any meal can be prepared here.

Hallway from living room to bedrooms

Master bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in closet. This is a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress and the window has level 4 blackout curtains. A sound machine, alarm clock and fan is also provided in each bedroom. In addition to the closet, there is a large dresser with mirror in the master bedroom.

Updated en-suite master bathroom with new vanity and toilet. This bathroom has a walk in shower.

My favorite room! This guest room features a queen size bed and also has a sound machine, alarm clock and fan. There is plenty of storage in the closet and dresser.

2nd full bathroom in hallway just off of living room and 2nd bedroom

This is the exterior front door. Each unit has a garage stall ATTACHED to the condo so that you can drive in, close the garage door and not have to walk outside to enter the building.

This is the attached garage stall that comes with the unit. Pictured is a mid-size SUV. There is plenty of room to enter/ exit the vehicle. We have also had a Ford 250 Super Duty truck in there, but it is a tight squeeze for the driver to exit.

This is the interior of the unit. There are only 4 condos in the building, and the common space is kept very tidy and clean. The arrow shows the entrance from the garage up the stairs to the condo entrance and back. This secure set up is HARD to find for rent!!!

This is a second story condo with only one condo underneath. There is a special barrier between the units to minimize noise pollution between the two. The other units do not share any walls. This privacy is a rare amenity with such a well-appointed rental!

This neighborhood is incredible! We saw a rare gem for a rental and snapped it up! The area is very residential and quiet, but close to every amenity possible and 5 minutes from both hospitals in Cedar Rapids. Sidewalks for strolling and lots of space between units!

IN UNIT full size washer and dryer. The attached garage, outdoor patio, and IN UNIT laundry make for a very desirable trifecta in the executive rental market. Add that to the well appointed space, location and quiet neighborhood and this is a place you don't want to pass on.

A calm and cozy vibe in the living spaces after a long day- time to put your feet up.

The door to the condo off the hallway on the left, and the flex space for working out/ office space etc. off of the kitchen. This sweet space has it all!
