There's a private bathroom with shower on the same lower level as the bedroom, as well as a shared living area (tv and couch) and a shared workout room with an exercise bike and weights. The main entrance, kitchen, library, and other living areas upstairs are all shared, too. Street and driveway parking are available, plus a backyard with a big tree (lots of shade in the summer!) and patio.
