Cozy and Comfortable stay

This review is way overdue but I stayed here from Nov to May of this year during my travel assignment at UCHealth Anschutz. It was a very close easy drive to the hospital, so perfect for travel nurses. The apartment has everything you would need, including kitchen basics/cookwear and cleaning supplies. The balcony has a view of the tops of the mountains and I spent a greta deal of time out there. The landlord was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The neighbors all kept to themselves and I had no issues. There is a ring camera, and I felt very safe as a young woman on her own. Would stay again or recommend to a friend.

Cute and cozy spot short drive to Anschutz campus

My husband and I (along with our 2 cats) spent a lovely year here in Denver. I worked at the Anschutz hospital campus and had a short 11-15 minute commute to work depending on local traffic. The owners J & F were amazing, friendly, responsive and very considerate. They provided all the home amenities we needed and the location is very close to good shopping centers. Highly recommend and hope we can return soon!

This apartment was perfect during my stay in Denver! It was an easy 15 minute drive to the hospital I was working at in Aurora. Its located near the beautiful Lowry area and is pretty centrally located to DIA airport and downtown Denver. The place has been beautifully remodeled and the appliances are up to date. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer made my life so much easier. Between the walk in closet and the linen closet, there is ample storage space. Being in a gated community made me feel safe during my stay. The landlords Jewel and Victor are extremely pleasant, friendly, and great with communication. The property is maintained and they stocked the place with anything you may need and then some. Between location, amenities, and wonderful landlordsthis place has it all! It felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it!
