Historic Biltmore/Camelback area - GREAT LOCATION/ Private

Great Experience!

Hello, I stayed at this casita for a couple months during the summer and I was very comfortable throughout the entire time. The casita had great A/C and a nice kitchen to cook. The outdoor space was exceptional with a large pool and lounge area, fruit trees and a safe area, within walking distance to restaurants or quiet neighborhoods with parks. The hostess was very accommodating and would respond quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this stay and will be back if I find myself in Phx.

Exceeded my expectations I

Hello! I had the pleasure of staying in the casita in the incredible Biltmore area for several months! The casita is beautiful, clean, well maintained, modern, has excellent location to prime spots including shopping, restaurants, highways, Trader Joe's and fashion sguare mall(my favorites ). The property is well maintained, lush with grass, fruit trees, laundry, an excellent porch to relax on and a great neighborhood to explore! I often walked the neighborhood for exercise and enjoyed the pool!! The host is very attentive, responsive, kind, and will address any questions or needs you may have! Don't pass this up if you are looking for a great place to stay. 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Phoenix; I definitely felt at home here and miss the Biltmore casita!
