This place is great if you are looking for a safe, quiet and private stay. Even though the tenants live upstairs you will not hear from them unless you need something which they are very responsive if you do. There is a covered parking spot which leads right into the place and it is a 10 minute driving distance from nearby hospitals and less than 5 minutes away from fashion valley, a very nice mall in SD. Absolutely perfect stay, recommend!
