A Welcoming Basement Apartment - Just Moved to Denver
This basement apartment was lovely & well appointed. Located in the Central Park area, it was very convenient to shopping & exploring Denver. Lori, my host was very attentive & was happy to assist me when needed. I stayed a month & if the apartment had been available for a longer stay, I would have happily stayed.

Lovely one bedroom in great Denver neighborhood
Lived for a year in this great basement unit in a cozy home in Central Park neighborhood - ~20 minutes from the downtown Denver and ~10 minutes from UC medical campus. I especially liked the kitchen setup - compact dishwasher, oven and fridge. Lori added a dual washer/dryer unit too.

Excellent Rental and Host
This unit and host were the perfect fit for me while on assignment at CHCO. The rental is cozy and well laid out with everything I needed. Very neat and well decorated. Super convenient to work, shopping and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood and wonderful host! Lori checks in thoughtfully and appropriately and responds quickly if you have a need. Highly recommend!

Lori was a great host! She was easy to get in contact with and provided many suggestions for things to do in the area. The unit was clean and updated.
