Cozy spot

Ed and Felise's place is very comfortable and in a nice area, not to mention they are great hosts. They gave me a list of all their favorite restaurants and beaches to check out not to mention very quick to respond to any needs. The studio is pretty close to the freeway, downtown and all the essentials. I would definitely stay there again if working back in the area.

Amazing stay!

I stayed here during a PA school clinical rotation. It was my first time staying far away from my family and friends so I was a little nervous. Felise and Ed made me feel at home and were so welcoming. They were very responsive if I had any questions. I sincerely enjoyed my stay here and will be recommending it to my other classmates who will be traveling to Tampa for clinicals. It was perfect space for me to stay the month and I would 100% come back if school/work brings me back to the area. It is a great location, just outside downtown Tampa and under 20 min from the airport. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and is walking distance to river trails and even the Zoo. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable, peaceful and great hosts

I stayed at this lovely home for a couple months while I was looking for more permanent place to live. The home is lovely, everything you need and in a quiet, peaceful setting. The hosts are the kindest, nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend the place.

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here for an extended time for work. Very comfortable, quiet, wonderful owners. Very convenient to highways, train and airport. Highly recommend and would stay again!
