Spacious, clean, and private

I stayed here over the summer for an internship at a nearby company and loved my time there. Florence was always very kind, accommodating, and a joy to converse with. During my stay, I had the entire upstairs loft to myself, with a private bedroom and private bathroom. All the appliances and spaces were always very clean. My room had a big closet, desk, chair, and even a TV provided, and there was a mini-fridge outside of the room on the upstairs loft, enough for me to store leftovers or some drinks. It's a very quiet neighborhood, but you'll likely want a car to get to places like restaurants or groceries since it's not really a walkable distance to/from them. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property and Florence!

Excellent Experience: Clean, Thoughtful, and Great Location

My wife and I stayed here while I completed an summer internship at LLNL, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. We had the entire second floor to ourselves, which included a spacious bedroom, a living area, and a large bathroom with a double vanity. The setup provided plenty of space and was exceptionally clean and organized upon arrival. The landlord is incredibly thoughtful and considerate, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite perks was the nearby walking trail, which was perfect for decompressing after work each day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and well-maintained home!

I spent roughly 1.5 months in this charming home while visiting San Ramon, and it was truly delightful. Florence, the host, was exceptionally accommodating, warm, and responsive to all my needs, making me feel completely at home. The neighborhood is excellentsecure, tidy, and conveniently situated near a mall and grocery stores. I would certainly choose to stay here again!
