Modern Top-Floor Condo with Large, Private Deck

Great well-lit condo in nice part of town

No complaints here! Richard was a great landlord. Condo has everything you need just about. The complex is situated in a pretty low-key area of town that is still a short 9 minute drive to the city center via Agua Fria street. It is very spacious and the natural lighting is AMAZING. Lots of windows and skylights as well. The best part is the massive balcony with nice mountain views for stunning sunsets. Only one other unit in the whole complex has a similar balcony! The other awesome thing about the unit is that there is a TON of storage. There is a pretty big utility closet that did fit my massive plus-tire bike and would easily fit skis. Then, the couch both turns into a bed as well as storage compartment. Then the bedroom has a decent closet and the bed also has 4 sliding drawers of storage underneath. There is also a small dresser and then another storage chest in the living room. Then tons of cabinet/drawer space in the kitchen. Typical Speed Test: 350 Mbps DL 23 Mbps UL 24 Ping
