Caution to any potential renter for this property. During my 6 month experience, there were a host of issues with this rental. The most egregious being the landlord's inability to keep the power on. May 4th & June 8th, the power company shut off the lights for none payment. As per the landlords explanation, she did not have enough money to cover the $200 power bill. We had to endure the humid Houston heat with no power. Twice. Rent was paid on time, in full each month, but somehow she couldn't keep the lights on. After the second incident without power, I moved out in June. The landlord was unprofessional & unreasonable. Bottom line, approach with caution. And please note that this is a gated property in a sketchy neighborhood.

We strive to provide a safe, clean, and accurately represented property for every guest. Unfortunately, this review contains several factual inaccuracies. The tenant chose to end the lease early and left before the lease term expired. We have documentation supporting the timeline, lease terms, payment history, and the condition of the property. Because this matter involves an ongoing contractual dispute, we wont discuss additional details publicly, but we have asked Furnished Finder to review the accuracy of this review. Tenant left unit damaged and broke her lease without payment.
