Stayed here for a contract in Sioux City and it was a great stay! Landlords were very responsive and nice people. House was well maintained and plenty of space. Would stay again or recommend!

St. Luke’s uptown Speical!

Stayed for nine months wish it was longer. The unit is immaculate spacious no brainer on the walk to work.

Wonderful Stay Amazing Landlord!

I had such a great experience at this rental! The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located the hospital is literally just across the street, which was incredibly convenient. The landlord was absolutely amazing kind, responsive, and so accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, was always available if I had questions, and made sure every little detail was taken care of. She made everything easy and stress-free. I truly felt cared for during my stay. Whenever Im back in the area, I'll definitely be booking with her again for my assignment. Highly recommend!

Great space!

I stayed in the first floor of this amazing home. It was a quick walk to work every morning, which was very convenient. The landlords are both very friendly and communicative. It felt like home for my short stay, while in Sioux City. I felt very safe and the home has a charm to make any length of stay cozy. Laundry in the basement is nice to have. Thanks for making this place a little slice of heaven.

super spacious and convenient

I stayed on the first floor of this 2 family home. It was literally a 1 minute walk to the hospital I was working in. The upstairs neighbor was very sweet and barely heard her when it was time to sleep at night. The landlord was extremely nice and even checked on me every so often to make sure everything was running smoothly. The internet went down a few times but it was no one's fault. Cindy (landlord) was very fast in responding to any questions about it all. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that you share with the 2nd floor neighbor. Cindy gave a starter pack for laundry which I appreciated so much. All in all, this place was comfortable, convenient and clean. I loved this spot, if I could I would return to this address.
