Perfect place, pet friendly, safe neighborhood!
I moved to St. Louis to complete an optometry residency at the VA. This home was perfect for me and my black lab, Nova! The neighbors were so friendly and it's located in a quiet neighborhood with Tilles Park about a block away (perfect for walking a dog). I never had any issues while staying at this property and I felt very safe. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and grocery stores and it's very close to "The Hill" ...so lots of yummy itialian food. If you like to be outdoors it's a quick zip up to Forest Park! Teresa was an amazing landlord and was very responsive with anything I needed throughout my stay! Would be happy to rent from her again in the future if the opportunity comes up! :)
