Cozy & Welcoming Guesthouse + Perfect Location: Highly Recommended!

Our family felt so welcome and at home here! Steven was a great landlord, incredibly responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful, always well-maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our 3 year old son really enjoyed walking down to the creek looking for frogs and became quite the birder, always spotting the owls that would hangout in the trees next to the house. The guesthouse was a perfect size for for our family of 3 + two dogs. The rental was equipped with everything we needed, which made our move super easy. The property is in a really great location as well! Right in Soquel and easy access to everything - including an awesome 95 acres park (Anna Jean Cummings Park) which is about a block away from the property. Our family is moving across the country, but we are all super grateful to have had such a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Perfect Transition Spot

We are a family of four, with two young boys and a dog. We just moved back to N.CA and need a temporary place while we looked for a permanent place to live. The place was not huge but a good enough size for all of us. The apartment was generously outfitted with everything you needed. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, bowls, cutting boards, utensils - nice stuff too! Microwave, two coffee maker options, toaster. There was even a two burner tail-gating propane grill in the back yard that worked great. Smart TV and good WiFi. Beautiful location with a creek behind the house that is worth exploring. They even let you use the hot tub and infinity pool at the main house. Steve and Debbie are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed getting to know them.
