Great location

I had a good experience staying here. The location was very convenient, and the noise level was great --quite and comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment had everything I needed. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay. I would stay here again.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home!

I lived in the upstairs unit of this apartment for nearly three years and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, just a short walk or drive from downtown Davidson, making it incredibly convenient for work and entertainment. Despite being close to everything, the area was quiet and serene, providing a peaceful place to call home. The apartment itself was wonderful. I enjoyed having a grill and garden space to relax on the patio. The in-unit laundry was a fantastic amenity that added to the convenience. The landlords were always responsive and friendly. They promptly addressed any maintenance issues, no matter how small, as long as I communicated with them. This made living there hassle-free. Overall, this apartment was perfect for both solo living and as a place to start my life with my husband. I'll always have fond memories of living on this charming street in Davidson, NC. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient home.

Everything You Need

This studio is perfect for someone traveling for work - every amenity and furnishing is provided, and the owners are very responsive and attentive. Everything from a brand new washer/dryer to ice-cold A/C works perfectly, and the neighborhood is very quiet, with Downtown Davidson a 5 minute walk away. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

As furnishes as youll find!

My husband and I stayed in this bright and open studio apartment while visiting family in Davidson for the holidays. You only need to bring your personal items and everything else is on sight. I was impressed by the quality of the amenities provided in the unit. Weve stayed at other temporary rentals where the kitchen items felt worn out and the linens were ok but not great. The owners (Jim & Lisa- good people) have made every choice with comfort in mind. The mattress is cozy and the sheets and towels soft and spotless. All of the dishes and kitchen items are like new. Though we only stayed for a short holiday, my husband and I kept joking that we wanted to move in permanently! The washer and dryer is a combo machine that takes a little getting used to, but the owners are on sight if you need help with anything (and, even better, out of sight if you dont!). There is a privacy fence separating the apartment units from the main house. Feels totally stand alone. Great location!

Fantastic place to stay!

This was a fantastic property to stay at, with lots of amenities. Theres no need to purchase extra supplies, lots of kitchenware and other conveniences were already provided. The property is in a really great area and the landlord was always available for any questions regarding the property or the surrounding location. Overall very nice for a brief stay in the area.
