This has been such a cute place! There is a few really cute walking paths for dogs, and also firefly cafe is the perfect weekend coffee spot. You have your own parking space which is so nice, the house is very cozy and fully stocked with anything you could need. The neighbors are also so friendly! The only negative for me would be there isn't central air, but with the curtains closed and the window unit it stayed pretty cool. Overall I would stay here again if it was available! Also to note, this is a family property so you might be talking with different family members about the property but they are all so welcoming and kind.
