Amazing home!

This home is an amazing place for any traveler! Theresa will make you feel right at home and is extremely accommodating! The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to all your needs! The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and the home is always clean. Its stocked with all the amenities to make your stay easy! I absolutely love this place and I highly recommend it!!

Home away from home

I have nothing but great to say about my stay at Theresas home! Very clean, safe, and quiet neighborhood with comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. There is parking, close by restaurants, shopping, and wonderful outdoor activities. Theresa is an amazing host. She understands the needs of a nurse and only a text away if you need her. Theresa is very responsive and respectful. I had an absolutely best time staying at Theresas home and hopefully will be back soon.

Not quiet or comfortable

I only stayed for one week. The ad says it is a quiet neighborhood and it seems to be except the dog next door who barks for long periods of time and often. I even had a noise maker on, on loud. I am a night nurse and was told sleeping during the day would not be a problem. Well it is a huge problem. On top of that, it is a very small house with no sound barriers. I am not a light sleeper and could hear the dryer door being shut in the basement, which also woke me. On top of that, everyone is wearing toddies because it is so cold. Better bring those and slippers. I needed to sleep with layers at night to stay warm. She did refund me but kept the "non-refundable deposit" which isn't mentioned at all in her ad. I chose to write a review as this was very inconsistent to try and work nights without sleeping and the ad is simply not accurate. Not sure where the reviews came from. Possibly friends, maybe they are day workers who were there in summer

Amazing home away from home!

I have nothing but positive things to say about renting this room. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean! It was the perfect place to come home to unwind after a long shift. The neighborhood always made me feel extremely safe; I felt comfortable walking and running. Theresa was so accommodating and great with communication. Truly Amazing!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Extremely clean, spacious,quiet, and in lovely neighborhood. House has everything you could possibly need and is such a nice place to relax. T is responsive and attentive. A very lucky find!
