Wonderful location and experience

Sam is a great landlord, I stayed there for a year while working at Northside Gwinnett. I had my privacy as well as a friendship. It's all clean, felt safe in the neighborhood and very comfortable.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience renting from this landlord. From our very first conversation, he has been incredibly respectful, attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure his tenants feel safe and comfortable. As a mom, one of the things that has meant the most to me is how clearly my daughter's and my safety has been a top priority for him from day one. The property itself is truly wonderful. It has provided us with such a peaceful, comfortable space, with a beautiful creek and wooded backyard that make the home feel like a little retreat. The location is also fantastic - we are only about 300 feet from the swim and tennis area. I would absolutely recommend this property and this landlord to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, and well-maintained home.
