Would Stay Again!!! Great Place

Stayed here for 3 months during the summer of 2026 - great location with a very involved community so I never felt unsafe or that my car was ever in danger of being broken into. Being on the top floor makes it very quiet and no disturbances. The apartment has most everything you need , including very helpful kitchen hardware. Would definitely stay here again if I ever needed a place to stay in Everett!

Fantastic Place and Cozy Apartment

I stayed in this condo May - August 2026 for a summer internship up in Everett, WA, and I had a fantastic time. The place is clean & comfy and had nice big beds. The kitchen was more or less stocked with what was needed for a 3 month stay with very few additional items needing to be bought. It is slightly off a main highway which means grocery stores, the interstate, downtown Everett, and Highway 2/Mountain Loop Highway hikes (if you're into that) were all pretty accessible. There is no central A/C. It got stuffy a few days over the summer, but that wasn't anything some fans couldn't fix (or at least make bearable). Bathrooms are nice, although the showers run out of hot water somewhat quickly, so obnoxiously long showers aren't a choice here. I never felt unsafe. The HOA/neighborhood watch runs a pretty tight ship, so we never ran into people making trouble. No issues finding parking for 2 cars. Laura is the sweetest and super responsive & helpful!

Cozy Short Term Stay

We enjoyed staying at Lauras place during our travel nurse contract. This cozy unit has what you'll need for a short term stay. It is older with some significant wear and tear but has had some recent upgrades. Previous tenants appeared to have pets as there were tons of scratch marks on baseboards/furniture and lots of pet hair found throuhout the apartment. Appliances, bathrooms, washing machine/dryer all in good working condition. The apartment is stocked with basics needed for a short term stay. We had to buy some kitchen supplies and household items that there were not enough of (clothing hangers, cleaning products, kitchen tongs, hand soap, sponges etc.). The reputation of the neighbourhood among locals is that it's not the safest, but we never encountered any problems. The complex is located right off of a busy main road. Communication with Laura was always easy and she was available for any questions we had. Id recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere in Everett!
