Wonderful Rental

We have been renting furnished places for six years now, and Kevin and Annes home stands out as one of the very best. They are fantastic hosts, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely great people. The rental itself was immaculate and extremely well-equipped. We could not have asked for a better experience. An added bonus to the wonderful rental is that the area it is located in is beautiful. If their place is available, book it.

Country cozy

This place was quiet and peaceful my first night I slept like a log there. The landlords are so nice and anything that need to be done. They were there to help. Close to everything easy to get around beautiful area around there. When I go back to Santa Rosa, I need a place and they have openings. I'd be staying there again.

I had the pleasure of renting this unit from incredibly caring and friendly landlords. From the moment I moved in, they were both welcoming and attentive. The unit is impeccable, with a cozy atmosphere that truly feels like home. Large and plentiful windows let in natural light and fresh air. The space was clean, well-maintained, and decorated with an artists touch. The landlords go above and beyond to ensure tenants are comfortable and happy, quickly addressing any issue. Their friendly demeanor and genuine care made the experience of living there an absolute joy. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone looking for both a fantastic living space and landlords who truly cares about their tenants' well-being. In addition, their two dogs are so quiet you would not know they were there besides the friendly greeting from the window on a daily basis when you arrive home.

Beautiful country location/Lovely Owners/Feels brand new (because it is!)

As mentioned, brand new property, thoughtfully decorated. All the necessary amenities. Beautiful country location but still close to town. I stayed here for two months after separating from my husband and only left to find permanent housing. It was a wonderful place to regroup. The owners are attentive, welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. No issues getting my deposit back. Highly recommend! This place is a great find.
