Great Place, Even Better Host

I had a wonderful stay and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home was sparkling clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for an extended stay. Richard made it easy to settle in and was always available to answer questions or help with anything around the house. Beyond being a great host, he was genuinely enjoyable to talk with. We did share some great conversations. I highly recommend Richard's place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and friendly place to stay in Liberty Lake WA. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean peaceful and convenient

Nothing but good things to say about my stay at Richard's place. I'm a traveling healthcare professional and was working in Coeur d'Alene. The commute wasn't bad and when I wanted to visit Spokane that was also convenient. Liberty Lake is a nice community. Richard is kind and respectful and his house is new and well appointed. One of my best stays I've had with FF.

Relaxing, clean, and convenient!

Everything from check-in to check-out was absolutely flawless. The home and room were clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortableI genuinely slept in the MOST comfortable bed Ive ever been in. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the location is ideal for easy travel to Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, and everywhere in between. Richard is a phenomenal hostsuper personable, easygoing, and genuinely great to interact with. He made the entire stay feel relaxed and seamless. I highly recommend this place, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Clean House

Richard was so accommodating. Very clean house, very nice roommate who is there only half the time. When he is around it's as much or little interaction as you'd like.

Great place to stay!

Richard is an awesome host, and such a beautiful, new property to stay in. Totally not a bad drive from Spokane, and nice to be able to drive the same distance to CDA for all the outdoor fun in a short drive! It was a pleasure to stay with Richard over last summer. Very communicative, kind, and respectful of any requests and space in the house. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance to come to any of the areas nearby! Genuinely one of the best places Ive rented, an awesome host and comfortable stay is hard to come by. 10/10 would recommend staying here to anyone!

Amazing stay

I had a great stay here over the past few months. Richard is a great host, very welcoming, and made sure his guests were comfortable. He has great communication and is very responsive to make sure everything is well. The room itself was super clean, with a very comfortable mattress. The neighborhood is in a great location, very safe and conveniently close to many stores. I highly recommend staying here

Convenient location, beautiful area, quiet and safe place to live beautifully decorated.

Rich is amazing person excellent host very accommodating and very helpful. House is in a safe location extremely clean quiet. Lots to do in the local area. I actually left things with Rich to pass on to other travelers of things to do. House/room was great cuz there's a fridge in the bedroom so if you don't want to get up and go downstairs especially when you worked all night it's very convenient for sneaky snacks and breakfast and drinks plus you have room downstairs. Bed extremely comfortable. Perfect lighting and has blackout sheets which is great for overnighters sleeping during the day. Plenty drawers and closet space. If you want to keep your windows open the air so fresh and beautiful during the evening and overnight. Washer and dryer work amazing. There's nothing I can't say about this place must stay again. Right at the state line of Washington great commute for Washington area and Post Falls Idaho. Truly host is amazing Rich cannot get enough recommendations for me
