Farmhouse style townhome with a lot of natural light and big windows. Relaxing rooftop with Urban garden and barbecue grill. Just one street in from the busiest street in West Seattle, California Avenue. Everything you need is in proximity, including bus lines to downtown and nearby parks/beach.
Space
I live onsite and I have a dog, so anyone that stays should be OK with large dogs and some dog fur.
My bedroom is on the third floor. Your room and bath is on the second floor. There is another room on the second floor and if its rented out, you will have to share the bathroom.
Shared living room and kitchen on first floor with 1/2 bathroom. Prefer females tenants, but if you are a college intern, welcome!
Neighborhood overview
West Seattle. Close to the beach and Lincoln Park. Lots of restaurants and businesses on California Avenue by the house. Lots of residential street parking if you have a car.
About 40 bus ride downtown if you are interning/working at Amazon in South Lake Union.

Review
I had a great stay at this house! The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating. The house itself was cozy and well-kept. One thing to note, though, is that the walls are a bit thin, so noise can carry a bit. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay!
